Our Beef: The Origin

As far as our culinary skill reaches, it is equally important to have our ingredients at their prime and best possible qualities. In order to ensure that, we put a lot of emphasis into where our beef originates.

Our beef comes from well-known abattoirs in the land down under, Australia. The O’Connor company and the Sher-wagyu company are our go-to’s for high quality beef cuts that you can dine at PRIMAL.

We have the Angus, the Hereford and the Wagyu, all of which are certified halal and their meat quality recognized all over the world. These cattle fed on pure pastures for 18 months and grains for over 400 days after. They are free of artificial growth hormones as well as antibiotics; we daresay this is the most natural form of beef you can find.

At PRIMAL, we are very proud of our origin - our birthplace and every unique flavor that comes from it. Above and beyond the westernized flavors of beef dishes, we also serve our localized flavor by incorporating them into some of our beef dishes.
